Verifying your Freshservice Accounts
1. Access support.sgatechsolutions.com through your browser
2. Sign in your company email account (for first time user) it will prompt you to verify your account. Click verify and double check your mailbox and click the link provided to complete the verification.
3. If you did not receive the verification email, double check on your junk folder. If none, contact support@sgatechsolutions.com and provide them the email address you are using to access Fresh Service.
